The above piece I created for a Husband to surprise his wife on his wedding day. He provided a list of her favorites from music and movies (she loves the horror genre), restaurants, vacation spots and other places the couple enjoyed themselves. We surrounded her with these images and here’s the end result.

What scares you changes throughout your life. Monsters under the bed, horror movie characters give way to loneliness, war, injury, illness and death. I worked very hard to visualize that change.
