Yellow Breasted Bird Having A Tough Morning In The North Loop
Found this little guy sitting on the sidewalk this morning on Washington Avenue. I don’t know if he flew into a window, but hopefully he snapped out of his daze and made it back home.
this same chap was hanging out by my door at my building on 2nd Av N. i surprised him as much as he surprised me and he scurried and then flew away about 15 feet. he looked a little worse for wear but when i came back from my errand he was gone. so for the record in the ongoing battle between birds vs windows it’s
